Dr. Holgers received her undergraduate and graduate training in Göteborg. After experimental research she presented her Doctoral Thesis ÒSoft tissue reactions around clinical skin-penetrating titanium implantsÓ in 1994, at the Institute of Anatomy & Cell Biology, Göteborg University, Sweden. She presently occupies a clinical position at the Department of Audiology, and is focussed on the research areas of tinnitus and the application of biomaterials in hearing disorders.
